Despite the use of cooling pads and insulated packaging, the chocolate may soften, deform, or undergo visual changes, especially in high outdoor temperatures, during longer transit times, or when stored in parcel lockers, pickup stations, vehicles, or direct sunlight.

Please accept the shipment promptly after delivery and then store it in a cool place.

If the chocolate has softened due to high temperatures, place your Minimeal in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours after receiving it. This will restore the chocolate to its optimal consistency and familiar taste.
