SUN AG Terms and Conditions for the Ticket Raffle for the Austrian World Summit 2027

1. Organizer

  • The raffle (the competition) is organized by SUN AG, Friedberg 234, CH-9427 Wolfhalden.

2. Eligibility

  • All natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate.
  • Participation is free of charge but is dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
  • Employees of SUN AG and their relatives are excluded from participation.
  • Persons involved in the conception or execution of the promotion, and their respective relatives living in the same household, are excluded from participation.

3. Participation Period

  • The competition begins on August 28, 2026, and ends on December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM or with the last item sold.
  • Winners will be determined after December 31, 2026, or after all items have been sold, and will be notified by email. Should winners not respond within 48 hours, their claim to the prize will expire, and new winners will be determined accordingly.

4. Terms of Participation

Anyone who, within the respective promotional period,:

  • places a fully paid order on minimeal.com that includes the product:
  • Book: "Yukon • From Gold Rush to the Future of Food" in DE/EN,

will automatically participate in the competition.

Each book purchased counts as one raffle entry.

Ineligible are:

  • cancelled orders,
  • unpaid orders,
  • returned or reversed orders,
  • abusive or fictitious orders.

5. Prizes

The following prizes will be raffled off:

  • 10 tickets for the Austrian World Summit 2027 in Vienna on June 8, 2027
  • Cash payment or exchange of prizes is excluded.

6. Winner Determination

  • Winners will be determined by random draw from all valid raffle entries after the end of the promotional period.
  • A person can generally only be considered as a winner once in the context of the competition. If a person has already been drawn for a prize, they may be excluded from further draws so that as many different participants as possible are considered.

7. Winner Notification and Acceptance

  • Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone.
  • If a winner does not respond within 72 hours of initial notification, or if the contact details provided are incorrect or incomplete, the claim to the prize will expire. In this case, SUN AG is entitled to re-draw the prize.
  • SUN AG is entitled to verify the identity of the winner and their eligibility to participate before handing over the prize.

8. Prize Handover / Shipping

  • Tickets will be delivered or sent to the winners in good time before the event.
  • The method of shipping or delivery will be determined by SUN AG at its reasonable discretion.

9. Exclusion from Participation

  • SUN AG reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of violations of the terms and conditions of participation or attempted manipulation.
  • Comments that violate Instagram guidelines, Swiss law, and/or copyright will be removed without notice upon knowledge. The participant will thereby be excluded from the competition.

10. Instagram Disclaimer

  • The competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram.
  • The recipient of the information provided is not Instagram, but SUN AG.

11. Legal Recourse

  • Legal recourse is excluded.

12. Liability

  • SUN AG assumes no liability for technical problems that could affect participation in the competition.

13. Amendment of Terms and Conditions and Termination of the Competition

  • SUN AG reserves the right to change or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if this is necessary for technical or legal reasons.

14. Applicable Law

Swiss law applies.
