Scope and Subject Matter of the Agreement

3. The operator reserves the right to review posts and to delete them in case of violations of these GTC.

Availability and Liability

1. The operator guarantees an average annual platform availability of 95%.
2. The operator is not liable for content posted by users.
3. The operator is not liable for links or third-party content shared within the Community. The respective terms of use of the third-party providers apply to such content.
4. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless cardinal obligations are affected. In the event of a breach of cardinal obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

User Obligations

1. Users undertake not to post any unlawful, offensive, discriminatory or obscene content.
2. Advertising, spam or commercial offers without the prior consent of the operator are prohibited.
3. Users may not use the Community for the distribution of malware or the operation of bots.

Special Notes on Third-Party Links

1. Within the Community, only the operator and moderators may provide links to third-party providers (e.g., tax advisors) after prior review. This may also occur if a user has received a recommendation via a private inquiry.
2. The operator assumes no responsibility for the content of these external offers.
3. Contracts or agreements with these third-party providers are concluded independently of the operator. Claims arising from such contracts exist exclusively between the user and the third-party provider.

Contract Term and Termination

1. The contract is concluded for an indefinite period.
2. Users can terminate their account at any time without stating reasons.
3. The operator is entitled to terminate the contract with a notice period of two weeks or to suspend the account if the user violates the GTC.

Data Protection

3. By participating in video calls and webinars, users agree that the sessions may be recorded and made available within the Community.

6. Users can object to the publication of their recordings in advance (opt-out procedure).
   

Changes to the GTC

1. The operator reserves the right to amend these GTC if this becomes necessary due to legal changes, technical adjustments or new services.
2. Changes will be communicated to users by email or via the platform. Users have the right to object to the changes within four weeks. If no objection is made, the changes are deemed accepted.
